Ethics & Integrity Client-Facing Trainer – Hangzhou

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Ethics & Integrity training for regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Hangzhou, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Ethics & Integrity training sessions for client teams linked to Hangzhou and wider Asia.
