Client is seeking an experienced coach to deliver Executive Communication training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Beijing, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Coaching projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Communication content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Executive Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
