Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for First-Time Managers and is looking for a credible Enterprise Trainer who can support assignments linked to Guangzhou and wider regional demand.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted trainers for First-Time Managers assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting One-Off Assignment projects.
What You Will Support
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make First-Time Managers content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in First-Time Managers; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in First-Time Managers with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Guangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
