Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Business Writing and is looking for a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Dhaka and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Business Writing expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What You Will Support

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Writing content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Business Writing; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
