Client demand in Supply Chain & Logistics continues to develop, and we are adding capable Freelance Corporate Trainer profiles for work tied to Karachi and regional corporate teams.
Opportunity Overview
We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.
We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Supply Chain & Logistics assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.
Key Areas of Responsibility
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Supply Chain & Logistics content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Supply Chain & Logistics training sessions for client teams linked to Karachi and wider Asia.
Preferred Background
Hands-on credibility in Supply Chain & Logistics; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building in corporate or enterprise environments.
