Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for NetSuite and is looking for a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Tehran and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver NetSuite training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Tehran, Iran, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What Success Looks Like

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured NetSuite training sessions for client teams linked to Tehran and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in NetSuite; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
