Freelance Corporate Trainer (Quezon City) – First-Time Managers

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for First-Time Managers delivery and are now seeking a strong Freelance Corporate Trainer for client needs connected to Quezon City and Asia.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver First-Time Managers training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Quezon City, Philippines, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make First-Time Managers content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured First-Time Managers training sessions for client teams linked to Quezon City and wider Asia.
