Hanoi-Based Contract Training Facilitator – Coaching for Managers

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Coaching for Managers learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Hanoi, Vietnam, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching for Managers content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Coaching for Managers training sessions for client teams linked to Hanoi and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Coaching for Managers; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Coaching for Managers with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hanoi, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
