We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Ho Chi Minh City and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
