We are seeking a delivery-ready Contract Training Facilitator with proven Coaching & Mentoring capability for assignments connected to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and broader Asia.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Coaching & Mentoring assignments in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery Scope

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Coaching & Mentoring with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.

Hands-on credibility in Coaching & Mentoring; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
