We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Strategic Decision Making delivery and are now seeking a strong Learning & Development Consultant for client needs connected to Hong Kong and Asia.

Position Summary

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Strategic Decision Making credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Strategic Decision Making; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Strategic Decision Making with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
