Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Audit & Controls assignments in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Audit & Controls content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Audit & Controls training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Audit & Controls; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
