Hybrid Learning Consultant – ERP Adoption & Change (Makassar)

For upcoming ERP Adoption & Change briefs, we are looking for a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant who can engage professional audiences linked to Makassar and surrounding markets.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for ERP Adoption & Change assignments in Makassar, Indonesia, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What Success Looks Like

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in ERP Adoption & Change; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP Adoption & Change with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
