Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Ethics & Integrity and is looking for a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Almaty and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Ethics & Integrity expertise and experience supporting regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What Success Looks Like

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Ethics & Integrity content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Ethics & Integrity; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Integrity with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Almaty, Kazakhstan, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
