Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Regulatory Compliance and is looking for a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Taichung and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Regulatory Compliance assignments in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Regulatory Compliance content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Regulatory Compliance; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Regulatory Compliance with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Taichung, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
