For upcoming GDPR Awareness briefs, we are looking for a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant who can engage professional audiences linked to Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding markets.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for GDPR Awareness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured GDPR Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Ho Chi Minh City and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in GDPR Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in GDPR Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.
