Hybrid Learning Consultant – Personal Effectiveness (Incheon)

For upcoming Personal Effectiveness briefs, we are looking for a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant who can engage professional audiences linked to Incheon and surrounding markets.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Personal Effectiveness credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Incheon, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Personal Effectiveness; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Personal Effectiveness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
