Hybrid Learning Consultant (Quezon City) – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

This role supports the growth of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion trainer pool and would suit a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant available for assignments associated with Quezon City.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Quezon City, Philippines, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to Quezon City and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Quezon City, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
