Hybrid Learning Consultant (Riyadh) – Procurement & Vendor Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Procurement & Vendor Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Hybrid Learning Consultant for client needs connected to Riyadh and Asia.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Procurement & Vendor Management credibility and experience working with operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Procurement & Vendor Management training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Procurement & Vendor Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
