Core Responsibilities

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SAP S/4HANA content easier to apply after the session.

Candidate Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in SAP S/4HANA; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
