Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Advanced Excel and is looking for a credible In-House Trainer who can support assignments linked to Shenzhen and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Advanced Excel training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Shenzhen, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Advanced Excel content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Advanced Excel training sessions for client teams linked to Shenzhen and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Advanced Excel; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Advanced Excel with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
