Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Coaching for Managers training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching for Managers content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Coaching for Managers training sessions for client teams linked to Changsha and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Preferred Background
Strong practical expertise in Coaching for Managers; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
