In-House Trainer – First-Time Managers (Tashkent)

For upcoming First-Time Managers briefs, we are looking for a strong In-House Trainer who can engage professional audiences linked to Tashkent and surrounding markets.

Assignment Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver First-Time Managers training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

Delivery Scope

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Profile

Strong practical expertise in First-Time Managers; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in First-Time Managers with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
