This brief is aimed at an experienced In-House Trainer with real depth in Business Etiquette & Professionalism and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Taipei.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Business Etiquette & Professionalism assignments in Taipei, Taiwan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
What You Will Support
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Etiquette & Professionalism content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Business Etiquette & Professionalism training sessions for client teams linked to Taipei and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
