Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Workforce Planning and is looking for a credible In-House Trainer who can support assignments linked to Qingdao and wider regional demand.
Assignment Overview
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead Workforce Planning learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Delivery Scope
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting One-Off Assignment projects.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workforce Planning content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
Candidate Profile
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Workforce Planning; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Workforce Planning with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Qingdao, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
