What You Will Support
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SAP S/4HANA content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4HANA; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Manama, Bahrain, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
