In-House Trainer (Seoul) – Process Improvement

A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible In-House Trainer in Process Improvement for assignments associated with Seoul and the wider Asian market.

Opportunity Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Process Improvement training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Seoul, South Korea, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Process Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Process Improvement training sessions for client teams linked to Seoul and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Process Improvement; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
