This opportunity is suited to a practical Lead Learning Consultant who can translate Conflict Management knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Incheon.
Role Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Conflict Management learning engagements for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.
What You Will Support
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Conflict Management content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Conflict Management training sessions for client teams linked to Incheon and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Conflict Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
