Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Innovation & Creative Thinking and is looking for a credible Training Consultant who can support assignments linked to Muscat and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Innovation & Creative Thinking learning engagements for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Delivery Scope

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Innovation & Creative Thinking; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Innovation & Creative Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Muscat, Oman, and wider Asia where relevant.
