We are seeking a delivery-ready Instructor with proven Oracle ERP capability for assignments connected to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and broader Asia.

Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted instructors for Oracle ERP assignments in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Oracle ERP training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.

Hands-on credibility in Oracle ERP; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

Expression of Interest

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.
