This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Change Management credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Change Management content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Change Management training sessions for client teams linked to Johor Bahru and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Change Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
