We are interested in hearing from experienced Instructor professionals who can deliver Collaboration Tools training for organisations operating in and around Johor Bahru.
Role Overview
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong instructor with proven Collaboration Tools expertise and experience supporting professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
What You Will Support
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Collaboration Tools; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Ideal candidates will have worked across Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
