For upcoming Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec briefs, we are looking for a strong Instructor who can engage professional audiences linked to Kathmandu and surrounding markets.

Brief Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
