Client demand in DEI & Culture continues to develop, and we are adding capable Instructor profiles for work tied to Abu Dhabi and regional corporate teams.
Brief Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable instructor who can lead DEI & Culture learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.
