• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Demonstrable expertise in Workflow Improvement; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.
