Client demand in HR for Non-HR continues to develop, and we are adding capable Instructor profiles for work tied to Guangzhou and regional corporate teams.
Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver HR for Non-HR training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Guangzhou, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.
What You Will Support
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
What We Are Looking For
Strong practical expertise in HR for Non-HR; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in HR for Non-HR with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Guangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
