We are seeking a delivery-ready Senior Facilitator with proven Advanced Excel capability for assignments connected to Islamabad, Pakistan, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Advanced Excel assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Deliver structured Advanced Excel training sessions for client teams linked to Islamabad and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Advanced Excel; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
