A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Training Consultant in DEI & Culture for assignments associated with Islamabad and the wider Asian market.
Opportunity Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on DEI & Culture credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Islamabad, Pakistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Key Areas of Responsibility
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DEI & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Islamabad and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in DEI & Culture; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in DEI & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Islamabad, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
