Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Strategic Decision Making training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Strategic Decision Making content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Strategic Decision Making; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
