Position Summary
We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Coaching & Mentoring assignments in Istanbul, Turkey, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
What Success Looks Like
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Istanbul and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
Who This Would Suit
Hands-on credibility in Coaching & Mentoring; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
