Istanbul-Based Subject Matter Trainer – Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills

This role supports the growth of our Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills trainer pool and would suit a credible Subject Matter Trainer available for assignments associated with Istanbul.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Istanbul, Turkey, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
