This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused training programme manager with hands-on Cybersecurity Awareness credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Jakarta, Indonesia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Jakarta and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
