Jeddah-Based Capability Building Specialist – Process Improvement

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Process Improvement delivery and are now seeking a strong Capability Building Specialist for client needs connected to Jeddah and Asia.

Brief Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Process Improvement assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Process Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Process Improvement training sessions for client teams linked to Jeddah and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Process Improvement; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building in corporate or enterprise environments.
