We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Critical Thinking & Problem Solving delivery and are now seeking a strong Workshop Facilitator for client needs connected to Jeddah and Asia.
Brief Overview
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Critical Thinking & Problem Solving credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking & Problem Solving content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Critical Thinking & Problem Solving training sessions for client teams linked to Jeddah and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Candidate Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
