Kaohsiung-Based Workshop Facilitator – Strategic Communication

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Strategic Communication delivery and are now seeking a strong Workshop Facilitator for client needs connected to Kaohsiung and Asia.

Brief Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Strategic Communication credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Core Responsibilities

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Strategic Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Strategic Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Kaohsiung and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Strategic Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
