We are seeking a delivery-ready Training Consultant with proven NetSuite capability for assignments connected to Karachi, Pakistan, and broader Asia.

Opportunity Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on NetSuite credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Karachi, Pakistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make NetSuite content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured NetSuite training sessions for client teams linked to Karachi and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in NetSuite; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
