A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Training Programme Manager in GDPR Awareness for assignments associated with Kathmandu and the wider Asian market.
Brief Overview
We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.
We are building our pool of trusted training programme managers for GDPR Awareness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.
Core Responsibilities
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make GDPR Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured GDPR Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Candidate Background
Hands-on credibility in GDPR Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in GDPR Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Kathmandu, Nepal, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.
