Kathmandu Coaching & Mentoring Hybrid Learning Consultant

This role supports the growth of our Coaching & Mentoring trainer pool and would suit a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant available for assignments associated with Kathmandu.

Position Summary

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Coaching & Mentoring expertise and experience supporting people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Coaching & Mentoring; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Coaching & Mentoring with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kathmandu, Nepal, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
