Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for CRM & Business Systems assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Coaching requirement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in CRM & Business Systems; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
