Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Digital Transformation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

What You Will Support

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Digital Transformation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Digital Transformation training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Digital Transformation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
